The Human Proteome Peptide Catalog
The Human Proteome Peptide Catalog is the most comprehensive source of validated reference peptides for mass-spectrometry based proteomics, covering essentially all human proteins.
It provides fast and low cost access to light & heavy proteotypic peptides, allowing development and optimization of MRM assays for multiplexed detection and quantification of proteins.
For each peptide CID, HCD, ETD and EThcD spectra are available through ProteomicsDB (for details on spectra generation refer to Zolg et al. Nat. Meth. 2017).
Currently, we have included over 400.000 peptides in our catalog, and the list of peptides will be continuously expanded, including peptides carrying important post-translational modifications.
Search The Human Proteome Peptide Catalog
Please search The Human Proteome Peptide Catalog for validated reference peptides using a single filter or combinations of filters for peptide sequences, protein ID,
post-transitional modifications, peptide length and more.
